It's not the usual wet nose that cats have. It's actually dripping, a lot. She isn't acting sick. She isn't sneezing. She has as much energy as usual, and her appetite is normal. I've had several cats and I've never seen anything like this before.

Is she vacccinated?
Does she have contact with other cats?

Need more details, but your best bet is to take her to the vet and make sure it isn´t something more seroius.

Nasal secretions are an indication that the immune system of your cat is working, first defense so to speak. The fact that it is clear is very relevant but, you need to check for fever, and other signs of illness.

Some viral infections can be present for years and not show any symthoms, we tend to think of them as colds or allergies because they come and go. The best thing to do is visit your vet and have him/her run some lab work and give her a physical.

Other causes could be parasites, fungus or bacterial infections.

I hope this can help. Good luck.

It's possible that she has Distemper.I had a cat who had a runny nose and it turned out he had distemper.A runny nose is one of the symptoms, but then she might just have a cold too. I would recommend a vet appointment

It could be a rhinovirus. Need to take to vet and have it checked out.

You and your cat should take that question to a veterinarian. It might be something lethal.
