Yes. there is a product and I have seen it at Pet Smart. It cost between 6 and 8 dollors. Or like the other person said, you can order it out of Dr. Foster catalog. Hope you find it, shouldn't be too hard. Good luck

I think the safest root is to cut it off, don't put weird chemicals on your Dog! and don't poke her eye out!
