Each time he/she jumps on up on you, take him/her by the paws, lower her slowly, telling her NO in a semi-firm voice. After she is down, say "DOWN" when she does it again, repete, (kinda like shampooing your hair), after the 3rd time of placing her paws back to the floor, tell her/him "Good Boy/Girl" and a light pat on the head, sometimes a training treat can help til the behavior is adjusted.

You need to teach your dog not to jump on you or anyone else. Gently put your knee in his chest and tell him firmly NO, keep doing it until he gets the message. Reward him when he is good. He may be following you around all the time because he is not getting enough attention from you. You should set aside some time during the day to play with him.

The dog is showing affection the only way he knows how, if you don't want that then the best thing is to give the dog to someone who is willing to give him the attention and the love you don't want to give. You shouldn't have animals if you don't give them love and attention
