well it has to be, because Kate said:

So if she never thought someone would break in and steal something valuable, then they must have left their house unlocked right? Because we all know that if it came down to our valuables getting stolen or our children, well its a pretty easy answer isnt it?
So given that she couldnt imagine someone walking into their place and stealing a child, then they obviously mustnt believe someone would come in and steal their valuables, in their house in Rothley.
But Im guessing it is locked. So if it is, why is it more important for the parents to lock a house which contains say a TV and a couch ........ but not important to lock a place that has say 3 children in it?
Cmon Kate, you said it yourself you could never see someone breaking in and taking something of yours, so why lock your house at all then? Unless of course you are out and out lying ....
