In New York and Chicago any groups seen hanging around (rather than going on their way to somewhere) have their names taken/checked and are moved on by Police patrols. Should we start doing this in Urban areas?

I don't smoke and can't stand the smell, but if folks want to smoke outdoors I'm not going to fool myself into believing they're jeopardizing my health just so I can act indignant (as so many do).

The real problem is auto and industrial emissions. So why are we focusing on asinine, token legislation such as banning outdoor smoking instead of addressing the real issues?

Is it because most Americans are flagrant consumers of fossil fuel and most Americans don't smoke? Throwers of stones in glass homes...

i've just had another 3 violations just now, it's no use replying to customer service as you always get the same answer back telling you to read the flaming guidlines which i've done 'til it's coming out my ears. Is there any way we can send a petiton to them to object to being vilolated by the stalker Westworld has me on his list. Surely they cant allow this to continue
