I have to agree with some of the other woman on this one. One of my closest friends lost her 17 year old daughter in a fatal car crash last Nov just 2 days before Thanksgiving. 2 weeks after the funeral a few of us showed up at her house..would not take no for an answer and took her for a spa day...haircut, coloring, massage, nails. It made her feel good and relax a little bit but of course even many months later she has rough days and is still grieving the lost of her child and probably will forever. We woman are strange sometimes and LOL yes getting your hair done just makes you feel really good. I think Kate 3 mos later needs to do what she can to pull herself together for the twins. I think at some point someone needs to tell them to get some sort of normalcy in the twins life. Sure she will grieve forever or until Madeleine is found alive. Nothing wrong with grieving but life cannot stop either. Some make call me unsympathetic but I have lost people very close to me and have many friends who have buried their children and at some point you have to pick yourself up for the remaining children and family members and continue on with your life as difficult as it may be.

it somewhat is, it replaced into, and it constantly has been Conservatives. The % to talk approximately Liberals making use of the "race card" in spite of the indisputable fact that it form of feels it somewhat is them that often start up up it. a good occasion replaced into while Obama (not so properly) pronounced the police branch "acted stupidly"... It replaced into the Cons that at present grew to become it right into a racial element that has been going on now for 3 days.

Life has to go on otherwise you go absolutely crazy. I only can speak from personal experience. My Dad sustained a brain injury through a fall 3 week ago adn when I started staying in the house dwelling on it, I was more consumed by grief. Grief that he will never be the same adn grief that due to being 3 weeks away from birth and not knowing if he was going to die, I wasnt able to fly home to see him (parnets live in Canada adn i'm in Scotland). So althugh Mrs Mc Cann's situation is nothing like mine, I am going through a grieving situation too and if I hadnt started going out and resuming (as much as I could) a normal life, I think I would have gone a bit crazy...

Come on Dave. We were all happy to kick the McCanns when they seemed not to be grieving and more interested in celebrity but it seems a bit below the belt to kick someone who seems to be sliding into depression.
I don't think she can cope, in fact I doubt if she has ever been able to cope as far as her children are concerned and, for that reason, I have come round to the opinion that the twins are better off in the creche than with a depressed and, apparently, irrational mother (I won't leave Portugal without Madeleine).
I blame Gerry, why is he still poncing around on the celebrity circuit whilst his wife sinks into depression and his children are farmed out, probably due to his wife's state of mind. He seems to be a controlling man so why doesn't he take charge of his own family?
The twins might as well be in a care home with weekly visits from their parents.

Having one's hair done can be very therapeutic (I'm NOT joking). When your hair is washed by someone who knows what they are doing, you get a head massage into the bargain - very relaxing. There is also the opportunity for conversation and that can be good for someone who is preoccupied and stressed. Of course, the improvement in one's appearance that the experience produces is also good for the person's psychological wellbeing.
I assume you are male so I guess you would not have much insight into the world of female hairdressing. Among many other subjects.

You really do make me sick.
Read Edens post again and again and again and then have a real long think.
Your posts become more and more childish and pathetic, all in order to get your band of sick sycophants to say how well you lead the ongoing hate campaign.
Yes grief does come in waves, anyone with half a brain knows that, and not letting your self go to rack and ruin is a part of dealing with it Dave.
You really are not that bright are you.
EDIT EDEN
Great Post, maybe it will help the Great Dave s be a little less offencive

Well after my husband died friends told me to go out and get my hair highlighted and have my makeup redone. They said it would make me feel a little better. Yes it did but it didn't take away all the pain that is for sure.
