Prop needed for school play. Script calls for "cracker basin". Google takes you to a link of the play's script.

I have never even SEEN a mole until now. I'm catching three a day in my humane trap in the kitchen. Is there a repellant for these things? Please don't tell me to poison them or kill them, I won't do it, so don't waste your time. Any info on them would be appreciated, mostly involving a repellant idea. Someone told me lemon juice because they hate the smell? Thanks. Serious answers only, please. (they're really cute little fellas!)

My wife and are moved into our current house last December, so this is our first end of summer/beginning of fall in the house.

We live in central Wisconsin and the past week or so have noticed several gnat-like bugs in our upstairs bathroom.
The bugs are nearly always dead and for the most part are in the bathroom sink and sometimes the tub. Generally around six to 10 dead when I wake up in the morning.

The bathroom is clean and they don’t appear to be attracted to waste (i.e. garbage can and toilet brush). The live ones can fly, but appear to be near death or disinterested as they usually don’t fuss as you kill them.

Also, my wife and I have found no evidence of them spreading to any other rooms or parts of the house. The bathroom has a ventilation fan that goes through the attic, so I belie they may be entering the bathroom via the attic and fan.

We have had some drastic temperature changes in the past week, so I am hoping it is a species whose life cycle is ending sim

I've been treating fleas in my home since spring and can't get rid of them. First tried professionals, no good. Have been cleaning, bombing, vacuuming, and recently gotten frequency transmitters which are supposed to affect them neurologically. Don't know how long these take to work if indeed they do but enough is enough! How do I get rid of these things? This is putting tremendous stress on the family/

We have been using some very delicious mushrooms to make a nice spring salad all summer and our neighbors are overreacting because their kids were over for dinner and they loved it. These are typical nosy neighbors. Should we just cut them off and quit letting their children use our giant trampoline?

It's time to take down the above-ground pool, but what can I do with the chlorinated water? A horticulturist told me that it would probably harm my lawn & flowers. Any suggestions?

I have an antique gas stove, it's relatively small compared to the ones I can find online, believed to be "apartment sized" (about 20") and probably from the 1930's. There is absolutely nothing on it that says what brand it is. All it has is a star on the front in the middle of the door.
It's seafoam green and white. It has a 4-burner range on top of the oven, on legs with claw feet and a shelf on the back. That is all. No skillets or storage space.
I just want to know what brand it is, the year it was made (approximately) and if it's actually worth anything.

Thanks for your time.

All full-size BBQs come with a hose and regulator to hook up to a 20 lb tank. But can you also use the 16 oz bottles directly? When your big tank runs out, it would be nice to do this and better than having a full 2nd tank lying around.
