This is not natural, but it's better than insecticide. i've heard that rubbing fabric softener dryer sheets on your skin and clothes will act as a repellent. I haven't tried it though.

check out for Neem tree. Its a natural mosquito repelent and has also other uses.

The skeeters hate Patchouli oil. I mix 3 drops of patchouli essential oil with 1 ounce fractionated coconut oil and rub it on my skin. They don't bite, they don't even light.
