My parents just moved into a condo and it doesn't allow their brand-new Weber gas grill - only electric grills. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We are renting a house and the gas range is in the middle of the house & has no vent hood. Will there be a carbon monoxide problem? Is it expensive to have one installed?

I have three grapevines growing in my backyard. However, a colony of ants and a horde of aphids have decided to make their homes all over my poor plants! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to naturally get rid of these pests? Thank you!

I have an edgy style so I don't want something boring but I don't want bright neon colors either. I tend to change my moods so what's a color combination I won't get tired of? Any ideas? :[

Can I use simple green on a patio and not ruin it? We had some fireworks and the next day I washed off most of it, but did not get all of it.

It isn't wood, its either cement or concrete. I forget which.

House built in 1968 with fiberglass in the attic. Have looked at Radiant Barrier vs blown-in for the attic and blown for the walls. Price is a consideration but not the main concern. Is Radiant Barrier an easy do-it-yourself?? How long to do 1200 sf attic??

Energy smart bulbs are the spiral compact fluorescent ones. I have been wanting to try them out because I know they do last longer and save you money on your utility bill but they are so much more in price compared to a regular pack of bulbs that I hate to do it for no reason.

I took my family to a park where instead of sand, the play yard had a soft, rubber ground plane. Anyone know what that is?

I live in a fairly large two story apartment (meaning my apartment is two stories, not that the building has two stories). I typically work from about noon until well after dark 5-6 days a week. Would it be more efficient to keep my a/c running 24/7 with the thermostat set to about 80. Or is it more efficient to turn on the a/c when I get home?

Right now I don't have a programmable thermostat that I could set to come on an hour or so before I get home.

Also, the lower level of my apartment gets pretty good shade virtually all day but the upstairs, where I sleep pretty much gets direct sun almost all day long.

Have you ever lied to a family member so they want come over your house due to the fact of them destroying your property. Example. You just purchased a new living room set, you know what type of family and friends you have and, they would'nt be happy at the fact that you have some new furniture for you crib. Just happens they stop by and they spilled something on your couch.

I need to know a way to keep bugs and bees off grapevines. Last year the only way to pick them way to go early in the morning because they swarmed so bad. I tried a bee trap with soda and soap, it worked but there were still alot after it was filled. Also how to keep spiders and ants off the grapes, if there is a way at all.

The bug in question appears to be some type of June bug. We found it when it fell from the ceiling in our house. It is a light brown with white to tan stripes. It does have wings. We would like to know what it is and what it eats to know if it needs to be worried about. We think it is a type of June bug.
