I have an edgy style so I don't want something boring but I don't want bright neon colors either. I tend to change my moods so what's a color combination I won't get tired of? Any ideas? :[

A turquoise or aqua blue with brown accents would be nice.

A good idea would be to go with a neutral main wall color, like a honey beige. Now, before you say "boring!" bear with me... use a blue or lavender for an accent color... like window frames and door frames. That way, your walls can be about what's ON them, not the color of them... the easiest way to change the look of a room is to move around whats on the walls. Try hanging large scarves for color splashes, or find some funky artwork that expresses who you are to dress up your walls... then when you need a change, swap around the art!

I would go for a fresh light colored green. That really goes well with purple, blue, pink or any other color.

I used Berh "pooh's corner" collection. From Homedepot.
Its a real Winner! Its perfect, clean, fresh. I changed out the blinds to white and spray painted my old brown chair white and painted the seat and knobs green.

Its a winner...try it.

Everyone who has seen it - has literally painted one room in their house that color. My friend did her OFFICE, and another did her son's room, another did her bathroom.
SO its a great color and goes everywhere. It will lift your spirit.

i did my room with two walls purple and two walls red.it is a bold statement. but if you fear being stuck with a color that you won't be able to work with later. i suggest keeping one wall with a bolder accent color such as a rich chocolate brown which looks great with so many other colors. then keep the other walls more subdued.

you could cover two parallel walls with posters and then the other two, paint white and paint aqua blue stripes vertically. im about to do that with my room and ive designed it and everything. it looks really nice!
