What's your typical electricity, water and heat (or electricity in winter if electrically heated) for a 1 bedroom apartment in ottawa? I mostly need to confirm my general estimates, thanks!

Below is a paragraph from Hydro Ottawa website.

What is the price of electricity being offered?
Please keep in mind that as of May 1, 2006, the provincial government increased the fixed price for the electricity commodity to 5.8 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for the first 600 kWh you use each summer month. All electricity consumed above the threshold of 600 kWh each month will be charged at a rate of 6.7 cents per kWh. This two-tier pricing structure applies to all residential and business customers whose consumption is 250,000 kWh per year or less and other “designated consumers.” You should also be aware that an independent retail company offer may not include other charges such as distribution, transmission, wholesale market and debt retirement charges that will still be billed by your local distribution company, Hydro Ottawa Limited

I stay in a three mattress room apartment with anal roommates that turn each little thing electric powered off. we've not been using the heater or ac and our invoice is ninety-a hundred. i've got lived in residences and apartments and by no potential heard of a 50 greenback electric powered invoice. i might say your invoice sounds widely used. Worst case situation call your electric powered company and ask them to recheck your meter. There could be a mistake.
