I do my best. Low flow's on the faucets, maintain washers so no leaking, don't let the water run, plant native flora in the garden for less watering and let my lawn go into hibernation in the summer.

Hi, it appears most are being honest here, that is so cool to read. Cindy Roo's response is close to mine as well. I try to conserve water, but it gets difficult. I live in a desert area and I see so much water wasted. For example: there are hundreds of golf courses here and all have green grass even though we are in a desert, and this grass requires watering twice daily with lots of water in order to stay that deep lush green which so many golfers tend to love playing on. I especially worry as we have been in a drought for the past ten years and now many specialists are saying that it may have turned into the natural weather and is not a drought any longer.
I also see people with grass in their yards and this concerns me. I understand how pretty grass is and how nice it feels to walk barefoot in it. However, I believe "when in Rome do as the Romans do", and so my yard is rock with desert shrubs, plants and trees whch require the least amount of water. So, I think this is a small way to save water.
I also do not use a towel once, but rather use it for a week and then wash a full load. I also try to do as many full loads as possible and we use a machine which uses less water.
We do have a pool, and while that sounds like it would use too much water it actually is able to keep the water for a long time. We use the proper chemicals and make sure it is proper at all times, thus reducing the number of times and how often we have to change out the water. Oddly enough for those unuse to pools we only actually change the water every two to three years. We also use solar and use recycling as much as our city allows.
While I believe resources are placed on earth by God for our use, we also have a responsibility to not misuse them. We have a moral responsibility. Now, this is my opinion and beliefs and others may have different ones all together.
Thanks for a nice simple question! I appreciate questions which really cause me to think, but sometimes I also appreciate one which still gets me thinking, but allows me to write a bit shorter answer! I do tend to go on! lol
Have a great day and upcoming week!

Lol well spending so much time with my grandpa, I tend to save any extra water I have in my water bottles by pouring them in the plants. He recycles everything.

Probably not as much as I should. I am aware of the need for all of us to conserve as much of everything that we can. I admit that I could do a much better jobu if I put forth a little more effort.
