It's a stackable Maytage washer/dryer combo. I can't get it to spin water out of even a small load. I've notice the lock light doesn't come on now either. It can be opened at anytime in the cleaning cycle.

This morning (it's been between 85-95 degrees the last few days, we put to AC on yesterday morning to approx. 75 degrees) I heard a loud POP by my patio door - we have a sliding glass door. Then I heard what sounded like heavy rain against the windows surrounding the sliding glass door (it seems like it's part of the structure of the door rather than a separate window). I looked, and to my horror, it was crackling and cracking into millions of tiny cracks. This lasted about ten minutes. The glass did not fall out, but it's all shattered (like the storefront of a chi-chi boutique) I cannot feel any cracks, which I assume means it's a double paned-window. There is no "place of impact" and there is nothing to indicate anything hit it - why did this happen and how do I fix it?? This is my first place - its about 3 years old. It's part of a large condo complex.

that has been painted before and has a bit of rust? I think some of the 'galvanized' chemical has worn off and I'm not sure what kind of primer and paint is the best.

We have a 50 gallon pond with a pump. It wasnt holding its water. It seemed liked a simple answer at first, there must be a hole in the liner. So we filled the pond up and turned off the pump. For days the water sat at the same level. So, i said ok, ill turn the pond now and see what happens. There is now no water in the pond. Suggestions, theories? Could it really be evaporating, and we have to fill it up everyday?

I looked in my paperwork and didn't see it mentioned?
How do I know if it uses the newer R22 or whatever it is or the older refrigerant?

In my bathroom I have a tub with a lever that allows to change the water flow from bath-flow to shower-flow. When I take shower, I first turn on the bath-flow, then switch the lever to shower-flow. Once I'm done taking a shower, I always turn the lever back into bath-flow, which causes the faucet to release quite a bit of water through the bath-flow. Is it necessary to do this? Thanks.

I have a double glazed door with glass (You know the white ones) and there is a black rubber seal around the panels..i just noticed the top part of the door had the black seal hanging out like someone used a crow bar to pull some of the seal out (perhaps trying to pull a panel out of the door?) i want to know if its something a burgaler would use? or it just happened for no reason. anyway im staying in and equiped with a gun to murder them if i hear anyone near my door be it night or day. id spend my life in prison for it. its either me, my stuff, or them, and i know which one its gonna be.

I've tried a small "in-line" filter at the pump with no real results. Can hardly stand to brush my teeth, etc. its so bad. Don't know if a whole house "filter" or a water softener would be better. My neighbors, also on wells have the same issues!

We just had our driveway sealed. How long do we need to wait before driving on the concrete? Is 24 hours enough time or should we give it more? Any input would be appreciated.

Hi,

I moved back into my house which I haven't lived in for 1 1/2 YRS. Yesterday I turned on the AC as it was 107.

But I discovered that the AC was only blowing a warm air. Mind you the unit was probably turned on 5 times in the past 1 1/2 years.

At times (for around 5 minutes) it does let out ice cold air. I checked the fuse at the thermostat and it seems to be ok.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!!
