Concrete consistancy and strength is measured by "bags". Concrete used for a driveway approach (that may have heavy vehicles using it to turn around) are usually required to have 6 bag mix. The rest of the drive may only need 4 bag mix. The more bag(s) the stronger the concrete is. Less bags is lighter mix.

Bags of pre-mixed concrete that you can buy at most hardware stores are considered "light weight" concrete. The mix of aggregate is often small then a "normal" mix from a ready mix plant. I don't know that this effects much, unless the concrete you are placing is weight specific, like ballast or mass in a foundation for rotating equipment.
