Try http://www.repairclinic.com/ I didn't notice Friedrich listed, but their customer service department is very helpful, and they may be able to link you up.

You might try calling a heating/cooling service place in your community and ask if they do counter sales. Any HVAC repair company can get parts for Friedrich, but they usually just toss and replace.

most places do not like consumers to fix these units themselves (i know i work in HVAC wholesale)
you might be able to get the manufacturer to let you pay by credit card and courier you the part...most of the time these units are better to replace than to fix...replace the board and next month something else goes bad or you discover it wasn't the board and you won't get the money back for the board...i say buy a new one and then you have a warranty

Go back to the retailer and ask where parts can be bought. Sears can probably get it for you through their parts service but they ain't cheap.

in an ac store, make sure you mark all your wires, draw a diagram of where the wires go,remove the old one and take it to the supply store, rewire according to label and prints.
