Try sealing off the "Hornet area" with builder's plastic; make certian to seal it as well as possible; weight the plastic down around the edges with pipes or boards etc, make sure there are no holes. Do this in the evening when they're less active. Then make a small incision into the plastic just big enough to get your hand and a bug bomb in there. Get it as close to the nest as possible. Set off the bug bomb and seal the opening immediately! Leave it alone at least a day, and check for any remaining live hornets before removing the plastic! If your area is large, you might need more than one bug bomb. A friend of mine did this to get rid of yellow jackets living under the steps. One aplication wiped out the whole nest. I hope this is of use to you.

not a fogger but a duster like a squirt bottle only filled with powder. Also never mess with a nest except at night or early am when they are least active..but no matter which the nest has to be removed or they will rebuild and if your not able to reach it to spray you really dont want to remove the nest.
Anything you do to it is going to stir them up and hornets hit hard make sure to cover up very well or take the other person advice and hire a home exterminator to get stung while you have a cold one in the house.

listen to dorton girl, she's correct-there are wasp/hornet sprays that will spray up to 20-30 feet-foggers are meant to be used inside enclosed areas, not under decks

Do yourself a favor, before you end up in the hospital, pay someone to do that for you....Hornets are nothing to play with......

there is probably too much fresh air for a fogger.........There is a wasp_hornet spray that sprays for like 20 feet....try that...a fogger is for enclosed areas.....
