I have stucco board as my siding. My friends told me that systhesis stucco (eifs) is in big trouble and it hurts the property value. My inspection report has the stucco board as a different check box than eifs so I think these 2 are different. Can somebody tell me whether these 2 are the same or different for sure? And if they are different is there any complaints about stucco board as siding material? Thank you.

The valves leading to this upstairs shower are open all the way and I just changed the shower head but there is still very weak flow. I was thinking that perhaps the copper tubing is full of deposits that need to be removed, but I have no idea how to do that. Any ideas?

i have had a mouse in my kitchen now for over two months and it just will not be caught! i have had one of those plug in high frequancy gadgets, mouse traps, friendly mouse traps and now im running out of ideas. it seems to know the traps and avoides them prefaring to climb into my frying pan that is kept in the oven! ive even set traps in the oven but it wont go near them. bait we have used is cheese, mars bars, bacon rind, peanut butter, even fat out of the frying pan! these have all been on recomendation. this is certainly a case of cat and mouse! any ideas?

My dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes liked it used to...when I take the dishes out of the machine, there is a film of dried on crumbs on the dishes, even on the ones that weren't even that dirty. I've used the dishwasher additive to help make rinsing easier, but that doesn't help much either. Also, the jets on the blade look plugged up a bit with crap....how do I clean that out? Help?
