color cement red...what can I apply to them so everytime it rains does not wash it off....and I am on an Island and there's sand all over and when it rains it loos like blood coming out from my house ....help me please

hello, the brick is bleeding and it will stop, the paint should stick did you use a paint the is used for bricks or concrete? I'm a mason contractor in Kansas city. I know something about it. The paint should not come off, if it was applied right.

concrete water proofing. lowes/home depot ect.
clear sealer.
did you prime? before painting?
paint a brick-not like painting wood.

apply a outdoor paint or paint with a varnish or clear coat to seal them

shame on you for not priming! put another coat of paint & then a water seal like thompsons water seal or seal-crete
