I've ripped up all my subflooring in my bathroom...the toilet flange is still in good condition, question is, how do I refloor around the flange and still have the floor solid enough around the tiolet...or do I have to remove the old flange to keep the flooring in a solid piece...please help

It really depends on the layout of the supports under the floor.
If you have 2 pieces cut out to go around the flange, will they be properly supported? Having one or two pieces shouldn't be that big of an issue unless the support is not there.
If all else fails, you could reinforce the seam around the flange from underneath.
A new plastic flange is fairly inexpensive.

compass-(circle drawing device) Draw a circle the same diameter as the flange on the new subfloor and cut it out with a jig saw.If your new subfloor is three quarters of an inch thick or thicker and is supported by 24 inch on center joists there shouldn't be a problem with the toilet being stable.

Best is to remove the toilet and put in your new sub flooring then remount the toilet using a new wax ring to seal the fixture the re bolt the toilet. Check your local hardware store if you have never done this as they may have free brochures or give you instruction on how to do. It is not hard or complicated.

use two layers of 3/8 ply wood to make your 3/4 inch. this way you can make the seams not line up (cut at a 45 on one) Use sub flooring adhesive between layers and lots of screws. (Ask the folks in the tile department for the screws, don't use sheetrock screws.
