I am looking for perfectflamebbq replacement vapor hose.Just the hose; item #14103.The hose to the tank.?

This hose fits the tank to the main valve. It is an Accuflex 451-05 5/16th inch lpg vapor hose;1PSI MAX WP.Made in Canada.

All you need to do is go to you local home improvement store that sell LP grills and buy a universal hose. Or, contact your local propane (LP) supplier.
