It's a push mower. There's oil, the spark plugs are clean, there's gas in it, and the blade should be, should... be.... on securely. I should probably check that.
So, other than the blade, what could it be?

I have replaced both belts, but the V belt is very loose. Manual says if replaced properly, that belt should be loose, but It is VERY loose. I'm thinking maybe if I replaced the brush roller, that would work. I just don't get it...any other suggestions or theories?? Thanks for any help.

Hello,

This question is regarding house central AC. We don't have any air (either cold or hot) from the vents when the AC is on. All these vents connect to one pipe. I'm wondering if one brower controls one pipe or the whole unit? Anybody have any idea what could be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

This may sound stupid, but the toilet in my apartment always has too much water in it, and I think there is supposed to be a way to change how much water is in it, but I don't know how! Can anyone help me figure out to make it have less water in the bowl all the time?

Ok...I had borrowed my dads riding lawnmower to cut my grass, and as I was driving (noteven mowing yet) it made a weird clanking noise and died. My husband thinks I blew it up..but when I confronted my dad about it, he asked if I had switched speeds without moving and messed up the belts. I now realize that I did do this, but am not sure what happened. My husband can spin the part on the motor with the screened in part with his hand. What do you think happened to this? I need to find out what to do before I have to go buy a new one for my dad. It is an older one. 13 horse I think. Not sure of the brand. If it was just the belts, would my husband be able to spin this part with his hand?

I've beem seeing people having concrete or pavers place on each side of an ashalt driveway. Each side will have a strip about 2-3 feet wide. It's suppose to widen the driveway and keep the grass next to your driveway from burning out from the blacktop heating up. What is that called?

We have a 2 story home with dry wall ceilings. We have had some leaks from the upstairs bathrooms. 1) How can I find the source of the leaks without tearing out the ceiling. 2) I have very little ability in repairing things, should I call a plumber or a contractor? 3) I think the toilet in one of the bathrooms needs to be reset. Should I do that first or go directly to a skilled plumber or contractor. Please help, I have company coming in in 3weeks.

My house has stucco around the foundation. It is a few years old, and we recently discovered that the builders didn't seal around these foundation windows. They just applied stucco up to the edges of the windows (which are vinyl) and there is now a small gap between the stucco and the window frame. (The rest of the house is siding, and those windows are sealed.) How do I go about sealing these basement/foundation windows? I know you have to be careful with stucco.
