okay, we have unfinished basement, and pipes have moisture and drip on floor. how do we solve this problem

Put insulation around the pipes.. easiest is the foam casing type that just slip over and tie or tape in place..

There is probably a big temp. difference between what is in the pipe and the air surrounding the pipe. Also, a basement tends to be rather humid and the moisture will collect on the pipe and drip off. I would wrap the pipe in some sort of insulation made for pipes.

Wrap the pipes OR ventilate the basement to stop the moisture from reaching the pipes.. or both. If there is that much moisture then you probally do want to ventilate the basement at least in warm weather to help prevent wood rot on the floor above, mold and fungus growth.

Go to the hardware store and buy a package of pipe insulation and wrap it around the pipes, This is a good idea for the hot water pipes too as it insulates and saves you money.
