We recenently a new bathroom built in our house and the contractor left a lot of grout on the tiles. Is there anyway to remove the grout without ruining the tiles?

Currently, the hot water gauge indicates 170, I would prefer 125 deg.

I need new gutters, but it's also about time to get the roof replaced. Which should I do first? If I do the gutters first then then its possible the gutters would get screwed up by the roofers as I've got about 4 old roofs up there that I'll want removed before they put a new roof on. On the other hand, if I do the roof first then when they put the new gutters on they will have to lift the first row of shingles to attach the roof therefore possibly messing up the roof.

Thoughts?

I sort-of had the impression that Legionnaires' Disease is when recirculated warm water and air get infected. Our hot water tank is a distance from the shower room, if I insulate the hot water pipes they will waste less heat when we run the water, or is this dangerous?

I (my family)recently moved to a house, and we've been having problems with the toilet not flushing completely. A plumber came and cleared out the sewer line, but its doing it again. Weve heard it could be a clogged vent, but we cant find it. Any suggestions?

My landlord knows that my trailer needs new
floors because the current ones are rotting and someone could possibly fall through soon if they don't fix them but she just advised us that she's
going to be moving another newer trailer in next to where we are now.She had promissed me that me and my family could move into it.But today she told me that if I want it I would have to pay $400.00 to $450.00 depending on how many bedrooms it will have.Every one who lives
here pays $330.00 per month. How could she
tell me I will have to pay more.I feel like she is forcing me to stay in my current trailer with
rotting floors that I know she won't fix. What could I do in this situation?

i have 2 unused simple set pool pumps. I am deciding to use them for my pond. Do they need to be primed. Will they not work in this application since they are above water level in the pond instead of them being below water level when connected to an above ground pool. they worked great when they were connected to the above ground pools. Any tips? thanks

I live in a manufactured home that is just over a year old. The Furnace is a Coleman Evcon. I noticed when I got home today that the Emergency Heat light was blinking red. This has never happened before. The heat was not even on...it was about 90 degrees today. I turned off the air for about 2 minutes and turned it back on and so far there is no blinking. I Googled it and there was a recall for certain models but my furnace is not on the list.
Thanks!
