I have some equipment that run on 3 phase 230 volts and the power company in my area said I had 120/208 3 phase electricity available at my location. How do I know if it will run my equipment? If it doesn't isn't there some kind of transformer that can be purchased to run the equipment? The engineer at the electric company couldn't answer my questions can anyone help me?

I have a medium sized room fridge and freezer combo. The freezer is on top and is working fine, my fridge is not getting cold anymore. It used to get so cold it would make ice out of my liquids. I have pulled out my fridge and thouroughly cleaned, dusted and vaccumed the back where the motor is and still nothing. I would like to try more to fix this myself, please someone give me suggestions. Thanks

Any ideas on how to install a wooden railing on an outdoor set of steps. There are 3 wooden steps which are unattached to the house and we need to put some kind of railing on them. The railing cannot be attached to the house because of frost heaving and I'm not sure the railing would be secure by just attaching it to the steps. Suggestions?

I have bought different brands of cleaners to remove some oil stains from my driveway. And they all specified for use on concrete. Nothing works. These are stains that have already absorbed into the concrete, so dry products like kitty llitter is not the answer. I have even tried to use straight bleach, doesn't work either.

There is no obvious puncture and I don't hear any air escaping. I'm thinking maybe it's the seal around the pump, but really I have no idea. Is it a total loss?

Thanks.

From my ceiling there is a continuous ticking sound about every 5-10 seconds. It drives me crazy, I have to sleep with music in the background. I don't think it is dripping from the apartment above. I don't know if it could be termites, we have been known to have termites. It sounds like a sound from a clock but I am sure it is not.
Thanks

I have been renting this house for 5 months and about a month ago, the ac unit went out and I called the landlord and she sent someone out the next day to fix t.(have 2 small children) Then a week after that, the whole side of the house has a power outage and is causing my bill yo go up 300.00 Then a week after that the toliet goes out. My husband tried to fix t but the Drano was not doing the job. I called her 10 times and she did not respond. So the last message I told her I was going to not pay her until she gets someone to fix it. She flat out and told me that she was not fixing anything in this house and that she was not responsible to fix anything. Going back to the lease, she suppose to fix everything that is not my fault.(major things) Then she hung the phone up in my face!! The reason I think is because I was paying her by money orders and then she stay a ways from me so I gave her 3 postdated checks.(my mistake) This house stinks.(it is 28 yrs old) My bill is high please help
