I work for O'Reilly so I'm going to give you this link
http://www.oreillyauto.com/EW3/ByKeyword.do
and type in what you're looking for.
If you can specify exactly what you're asking, I could help better. But O'Reilly has a new idler pulley (tensioner) for 34.99 (part # 38030). If it's a tool you're looking for, they have what's called a special order tool (OTC Tool part # 6002). It is a belt tensioner tool. Don't know the cost, but it has a 1 year limited warranty. Good Luck.
