I live on a corner lot and, while we are in a fairly nice suburb neighborhood, there is lots of people walking their dogs on my street and leaving you know what behind. Actually my lawn appears to be the neighborhood peeing/pooping spot (also have a street light on my lawn).

Building a fence between the street and my lawn is not an option. I don't know who the dog owners are and rarely catch them "in action". I just see the results when I get back to work and when I leave for work in the morning. I usually have to make an "inspection" before cutting my lawn to see if it is safe to walk on.

The situation irritates me to no end but I don't know what to do. I have heard about stuff you spray/sprinkle on your lawn but apparently, it is of limited effect and has to be redone every time it rains (expensive I guess).

Would someone know if the Bird - X YardGard Pest Repellent works? Where can it be found in Canada (Ottawa area)?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have 3.1 acres to cut and i was wondering how long it would take with a ztr 50 inch deck?
its pretty much all flat with very few trees. how long should it aprox. take to mow 3.1 acres with this. also i wanted to see how much faster i would be able to get it done with a 54 or a 60 inch deck...just want to see if its worth a few thousand dollars more for the bigger decks.

I live in Oklahoma and I have a bermuda lawn. We are getting ready to scalp it, and I have heard different things on whether to bag it or let the clippings lie in order to reseed it. Any advice? I know to bag it during regular clippings, but am not sure on whether or not to when scalping.

I want to plant some colorful flowers outside---but I have never gardened and I need something that will pretty much be taken care of by the sun and rain. Any ideas?

I live in TX and I can't go by what the plant tag says for whether they will survive or not. If I buy them that say "full sun" they die in full sun because it's too hot. They actually do really well in the shade. My entire front yard is pretty much full sun. I'm not a fan of cactus or anything ugly. Any suggestions on something I can plant that I will not have to replant every year?

and every Spring, I see a lot of these bees around. They make holes and mounds in the ground. They are not very brightly colored, but look alot like bees or yellow jackets. I would like to know if anyone knows what they are called and what can I do to get rid of them. The neighbors have them in their yard as well. Thanks for reading!

I just moved into a new home, and I am unfamiliar with the plants and shrubs that are here. I live in Central Texas, and am looking for a site or forum that you can post pictures of a plant and someone can help identify what they are. Thanks!

It isn't on the "asseenontv.com" website, but a few years ago I saw a manual tiller that you stick into the ground, twist it, and it brings up the dirt. It isn't motorized, it just looks like a pogo stick with a claw at the end of it. Can anyone help me find it?
