It isn't on the "asseenontv.com" website, but a few years ago I saw a manual tiller that you stick into the ground, twist it, and it brings up the dirt. It isn't motorized, it just looks like a pogo stick with a claw at the end of it. Can anyone help me find it?

Try Lee Valley tool catalogue they seem to have every thing. Or many dept stores carry them..I think its called a garden claw.

Sounds like "the claw" to me.. got mine at superstore... walmart carries them too... so does home depot... may not be the exact "brand name" but the same thing
