We have a choke cherry tree and the leaves are dying, there were no berries this year. We have noticed that there is a green fungi growing on the bark and branches of the tree. Some of the leaves have little green things that look like tiny worms, and are stuck in the leaves. These can't be removed without tearing the leaf.

I'm thinking of completely digging up and re-doing my garden beds. I'll definitely put down newspaper, but I suspect that won't be enough to prevent weeds completely. Short of laying concrete, what else can I do?

My plumerias are 1 year old. I bought them last summer. They bloomed beautifully last year. They stayed in the garage all winter and had beatiful leaves come out in the spring before I brought them out in June. I live in the Bay Area (Northern California). Did anyone have any blooms this year? Or is it the funny weather we had lately?

At least that's what I think it is. It is taking over our frond yard and we also have these little fern like things sprouting up all over the place. Any ideas on how to get rid of this, i know now is the time to do it. we live in zone 5. The crab grass is starting to turn.

Our entire back yard is covered in a variety of different types of mushrooms. I am afraid our dog will eat one. She is an inside dog but when she goes out to potty she finds things on the groud and puts things in her mouth. We have NEVER even had one mushroom back there and now........ covered. We can't figure it out.

I"m growing patio tomatoes in a raised bed greenhouse in Northern California. The plants look great...nice and big and green with lots of blossoms..........but not very many tomatoes?? Why is that? Is it getting too hot? Or do I need to let the bird and the bee's get to them? I did spray them for several weeks with tomatoe set. Thanks

Does anything hold to Vinyl film? I have a green house that I want to attatch to pvc pipe...via velcro. The velcro holds tight to the pvc but NOTHING seems to hold the velcro to the vinyl film. Any suggestions? It has to be waterproof, inside the greenhouse. I've used gorilla glue, hard as nails, contact cement. What's out there. Thanks Dennis
