one of my neighbors has been coming over and trimming branches off of my trees and when i put the spotlights on and sit by the front window and watch they never come out and do it, i think they only come out when it is storming so they know i wont be able to see or hear them as good, i love all the plants and have spent thousands on landscaping my yard over the years what do you think i should do, also i have saved all the branches that they trimmed or broke off but the police just laugh when i call them, does anyone know of a p.i. in cleveland area?

The last 2 times I've tried to trim the bushes, I've been stung by wasps. Once was midday, the other time was evening, before sunset. Any "good" time or other suggestions. I know it's wasps. I saw them.

Neigbhor has fig tree that is planted right against our property fence. There is one branch that grows into a yard and pushes against the fence. A series of windy days would probably cause the fence to eventually break. Each time I cut the branch, it grows back bigger and heavier. I've contacted that property manager (it's a rental house), but he doesn't seem to think it's an issue. Anyways, does anyone know what I could do to prevent that one branch from regrowing?

I was mowing lawn foe 5 minutes then it started slowing down all of a sudden stopped. went to restart ans cord only pulls 4 inches, as if it were stuck, i dont see any blockedge.only thing i see is the wiring may be pinched and one wire severed when it was stored last and that is the cord that belongs to the handle you hold down when starting.

I would like to grow herbs in tiny flower pots in my kitchen. I just like the way they look, and I love the idea of having fresh herbs for when I cook. I just need some advice on doing it. I was thinking basil, but that's the only one I can think of. Which ones should I grow? And should I plant seeds or but the herb plants and just plant them? Do I need to put plant feed in the potting soil? Any advice on growing herbs in pots would be helpful. Thanks.

I can't have an open cavity underneath it because i don't want critters making a home down there. This will be a straight shot up. One builder wants to pour concrete into a form with rebar and do the entire thing from a concrete truck. Another builder wants to use cinder blocks to build up most of the base, and then hand mix concrete to cover the rebar and stairs - forming a 2" slab across all the steps. I don't want to spend more than 800 dollars.

Does anyone know the best way to build this staircase? 4 feet high, 4 feet wide and a total length of 6 feet from end to end as measured on the dirt. Exterior. Thanks so much!

I'm training a vine over my stucco walls. What size of drill bit should I use? My current drill bit takes chunks off the stucco.

I know for certain I shouldn't use salt, but what is the second-best alternative? Sand sounds so messy - I'd prefer something that I can buy and will have the same effect as salt - to melt the ice.

I've seen calcium chloride flakes - will this product damage my walkway? I don't want it to erode or flake!
