I'm training a vine over my stucco walls. What size of drill bit should I use? My current drill bit takes chunks off the stucco.

FYI, Garden centers have peel and press 1" square anchors that stick to stucco so you don't have to drill. They come with a provision to secure the vine with either wire or plastic stretch tape. Package of ten was under $5 last time purchased (about 4 years ago). Another option would be a wood trellis.

Use a Small bit such as a 3/16 or 1/8 but get a carbide tipped one. This is the kind used for concrete or stucco. It has a piece of carbide inserted in the end
