Put in pond snails - they eat the green slime, and they have the cutest egg cases. I kept some in a jar indoors and they made great pets -no trouble at all. The babies are just like full stops when they hatch from the jelly pod but they scoot around just the same.

That depends on what you feel you need to clean?
Typically, a new toilet bowl brush - that you keep just for the pond - works well for the sides and then filter should filter any algae that you brushed off and you can just clean the filter. Remember that what you may think of as "dirty" may be beneficial and part of a good ecosystem in the building.
Otherwise, the pond - if naturalized and balanced, should not need cleaning.

the best way to do so is to try your best by cleaning the surface, try ur best not to go deep down into the pond where everything else blooms.

Don't do it!

Seriously - add algae and oxygen and the pond will take care of itself.
