A lot depends on the species and condition of your pears and grapes. A Yahoo search for "pear tree care" (include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 1,520 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek. A search for "grapevine care" will also yield a similar number of results.

Good luck with your search.

contact your local extension office and check out the book 'the fruit expert' by Dr. D.G. Hessayon... it has everything you could possiable need in it.

Also Walter Reeves has lots of good advice so check out this pdf he put together (great stuff about grapes as well) http://www.walterreeves.com/uploads/pdf/pruningfruit.pdf

most of the information comes from UGA http://www.caes.uga.edu/extension/ but they still might have some good info for you even though we are differnt zones.
