Someone gave me a wooden hope chest that was upholstered all around. It needs re-upholstered and I don't know how I'd go about re-upholstering it. Any clue? I was going to buy one of those industrial strength staple guns to use but I didn't know if that was how it was supposed to be done or not.

How do you figure truss length and angles for a shed type truss. I am familiar with standard trusses but not making the shed trusses (gambrel-type). I was told that the outer section has a 3/2 pitch and the inner is 2/3. Any help would be great including angles for cutting the trusses.

So, I decided to pour beans down the sink. Smart move, eh? We used some clog stuff and that worked until cereal magically got poured down there as well. Now we are plunging it to all hell and the water wont budge. We can not afford a plumber so I'm going to ask the good people of Yahoo! Haha. You know..we left for a week for vacation so what i'm thinking is that it hardened up pretty good? Any one have some killer ideas to get our kitchen sink back?!
