hi there is Q.T. which is also called popcorn or acoustic,it's a ruff texture.there is a spatter that can be sprayed any where from light orange peel to heavy spatter.there is a knockdown that can also be done light or heavy.there is a swirl that can be done with either a pattern or random swirls.there is a slap that is done with a brush that leaves icicle like hang downs.or a slap that just leaves small circle type patterns.these are the ones that i do .there could be more.i'm guessing that is what you meant by finishes.and don't know what TQ is good luck.

Morning. You could have saved some points asking all 3 Q's in one?
Valid answers so far; though I stopped accepting/taking any jobs long ago that requested texturing in any way.
Popular now is "Knock Down" Popcorn should be outlawed.

Years ago they would do the circles in the mud and let it dry and then paint, but I haven't seen that for years.
