A door way in my Victorian house tapers in toward the bottom by about 10mm each side.

It is possible to hang a door on this frame?

If I plane the door to fit, will it open badly?

I am trying to scare the hell out of my friends with a little trick Based upon Bloody Mary folklore. I am going to Hollow out the wall behind the bathroom mirror so I can place the scariest bloody head that I can find in it. What I need is a transparent mirror that will show what is behind it only by light behind it so I can make bloody mary appear and scare the crap outta people. Where can I buy this kind of mirror and what is it called. Thanks

I have a Kenmore Gas Range and lately all the pilots are going off and none are even are set to LITE or turned on. How do I fix it? Is it just a fuse? Or something more difficult to fix?

Help. Any ideas?

I am building a fence (parallel) on my property line that divides my backyard and my beighbors. I need to find the angle I need to cut my rails at. My backyard is at a upward slope. is there a general formula that I can use or is there a landscaper out there that can describe the method used to do this?

We have a very long driveway made from asphalt. I am interested in placing pea gravel over the asphalt surface. Some of the surface is flat with a mild grade. Some of the asphalt driveway is a fairly steep section. I want to put pea gravel over a portion of the steep drive and then end this leaving the asphalt intact for the balance of the driveway. I do not want the pea gravel to fall off and roll down the driveway. I do not want the pea gravel to be kicked off by car tires. What would be the best way to do this project and the best products for placing on the asphalt to embed the pea gravel, and what sort of pea gravel would work best.

I am looking for a college that has a degree or certificate in cabinet making. Does anybody know the best school to attend and gain all the knowledge necessary to come home and start building cabinets and start a business? I don't want a school that just gives you a little course in cabinetry, I want the full on instruction from A to Z. Thanks.

There is about 1-1/2 to 2" of top soil on top of driveway. If i remove dit, i hit gravel that was lay down a while back. The driveway is about 300' long and there is grass in between the 2 track. the challenges is that my wife like the grass in the middle, she think it's pretty, but the track get really muddy in the fall and spring. Can i scrape the dirt on the track only, lay down some landscape fabric and put limestone or gravel on top ??? or should i just scrape the whole thing down to the existing gravel and recover it with a new layer.... ???? How much can you cover with 1 yards....??? I found a deal where i can buy about 6 yards of limestone for $195.00..... any help will be appreciated...
