The only thing I could find was this http://www.shawfloors.com/DOWNLOADS/INSTALLATION/Laminate%20Installation%20Instructions%20-%20Wood%20Look.pdf
It doesn't go in to more than 1 room, but it pretty detailed.
The biggest thing as far as running in to adjoining rooms is ti plan ahead , take some measurements and snap some chalk lines to make sure your flooring is going to run straight when you get to a new room.
Just by starting square doesn't guarantee this will happen, parallel is more important than square, because all houses are not perfectly square.
If yo start square and then you get to one of the other rooms that ISN'T square your flooring will look crooked.
The hardest thing (aside from planning it out correctly) about the laminate flooring when going from room to room , is getting the flooring to tuck under any door jambs(the sides of the door frame)the easiest way is make the notches(if need be) in the piece that goes under the door and then snap together that piece and the next piece and then install the 2 pieces at the same time.
Sorry if this sounds confusing, but you'll understand once you start installing
Hope this helps, and good luck.

Generally the big box renovation retailers will have a video on proper installation of click laminate floors. If not, you can usually borrow the installation video from a reputable flooring retailer.
Good Luck

FORGET THE OTHER SITES..I WILL TELL YA..START IN THE MAIN ROOM THAT IS THE BIGGEST.YOU HAVE TO START IN THE FURTHEST LEFT HAND CORNER AND WORK YOUR WAY ACROSS. THE TONGUE AND GROOVE IS DESIGNED TO ONLY GO IN THIS DIRECTION.
BEFORE YOU START..MAKE SURE YOUR ROOM IS SQUARE. YOU CAN DO THIS BY DOING WHAT YOU CALL A 3'4'5...BUTT YOUR TAPE IN THE CORNER OF THE WALL..PULL 3 FEET AND MAKE A MARK..GO BACK TO THAT SAME CORNER U BUTTED THE TAPE IN...AND GO DOWN THE OTHER WALL FOUR FEET..AGAIN BUTT THE TAPE IN THE SAME CORNER AND MEASURE 4 FEET. THEN HAVE SOMEONE HOLD THE END OF THE TAPE MEASURE ON THE 4 FOOT MARK AND U WALK THE TAPE OVER TO YOUR 3 FOOT MARK...IF THERE IS 5 FEET BETWEEN THE 3 FOOT MARK AND THE 4 FOOT MARK..IT HAS TO BE EXACT..THEN YOUR WALL IS SQUARE.
iF NOT YOU WILL NEED TO SNAP A CHALK LINE SO YOU CAN SEE HOW FAR THE WALL IS OFF AND MAKE ADJUSTMENT ACCORDING AS YOU WORK YOUR WAY INTO THE 2 SMALLER JOINED ROOMS. GOOD LUCK

Wilsonart makes the best laminate and their instructions are very good. http://www.mairmg.com/wilsonart/homeowner/installation-view.cfm

Also all door jambs that you plan on running the laminate through will need to be undercut. That means you will saw off the bottoms of your jambs the height of the laminate plus the pad . Easy way to do this is to get a 9" pc of the laminate and same cut of pad lay wood over the pad and get a good fine tooth wood saw with a long blade that is flexiable and lay it on wood and cut your jambs with the blade lying flat horizontally.
