The manual for the zoomerang slide gives directions for attaching to wood or concrete. I would rather not use pressure treated wood.

I am considering purchasing a chandelier that has the following dimensions: 27¼ W x 22¾ H. The chandelier will be centered over a 54” glass top table, but the room is only 10’L x 9’W, with 8ft ceiling. Even though the chandelier is the ok size for the table (1/2 the width of the table), is it ok for the room size?

Third time now Ive ordered furniture and 3 for 3 its been a problem. The first time our entertainment center had seasoning splits, claimed they didnt see this. Second time the delivery drivers claimed someone stopped short, and our leather furniture got "burns" from the side of the truck - when they slammed on the breaks. This time our kids captains bed was missing 2 drawers, and now the store is debating us on this! uugh.

These are all orders from different stores. Any advice.

The other night my dog ate my fathers favorite statue. It was a statue of Santa Clause. He was white with green shamrocks all over his outfit. The only sticker he had on him was OPD limited I believe. If anyone has any ideas on where to buy new one please let me know.
Thank you,

I would like my dining area to serve as a multifunction area, almost like a den. How can I achieve this look? What type of dining table should I buy to be used in other ways? I really don't want the table to be only used for eating or be the focal point of the area.

Currently, we have a partially finished basement was was done decades ago. There is asbestos tile which is intact except for several tiles that are missing in their entirety. We've been advised to either leave it as is or cover it up. The basement is pretty dry. We run a dehumidifier in the summer in case.

On four occasions, water has gotten in. Twice, after new windows were installed, once when the washer broke and once when the shower directly above leaked. We have since made all repairs but want to be realistic that we may get water again.

That being said, what type of flooring is the best for our situation? We are looking for something we can do ourselves, that will not get moldy or deteriorate if moistened. Perhaps something that is floating? Does that exist?

The room is an art studio and will be a playroom eventually. Any ideas from experienced homeowners and contractors?

I know there are primers out there for that, but every monkey behind the home depot or lowe's counter gives me a different story about which one to use, and the can or company spec's are not at all helpful either!!

My restroom is painted an ugly peachy color and you can see the paint has little cracks on it all over the wall. I do not know if the paint in the restroom is oil-based or water-based, but I do know that it is a flat paint because it does not have that glossy effect that latex paint has, it's just flat and its begining to show little cracks all over the walls.
I wanted to paint my restroom a bright latex white, can I do so without priming it? Can I just paint a latex white over the peachy flat, crackling paint that is there now without a problem?

I asked about window tinting, and it may not block the evening sun. Any other suggestions? I have blinds on the lower windows, but the uppers are empty. In order to get something better for the upper windows, I would have to get something new on the lower so they would match. Help!

My workplace is having a competition, we need to decorate our office according to a theme, Underwater. There's a lot of huge windows, and I was thinking of putting blue glass paper on the window and stick some glitters and pictures of fishes, crabs, and other sea creatures. It's pretty basic, but I can't really think of anything. Any ideas?

Our church is having a rainbow tea, and I have the job of decorating the entire room and also decorating the main table. Now the main table must tie the entire tea and colors of the rainbow into it. Also it must not be expensive we are on a budge. However I want it to be extremly nice(because it does not have to be expensive to be nice). So far I have gotten what the colors of the rainbow mean but that it. I don't know how I will tie that into a centerpiece for the table. Please help!!
