Try Dawn Heavy Duty Degreaser (it's commercial quality). Most stores are carrying it now, and it works really great! :) Good Luck!

I would suggest using a stain primer before you paint. Kilz is one brand but most home centers have a brand. It basically works by sealing the wall. I have covered a multitude of household messes with the primer and the paint goes on like a dream after.

IF sugar soap doesn't work use a stain block. Avoid b&q but go to a paint shop professional painters use.

try some bleach diluted in water. If that doesn't artwork, try a Mr. clean Magic Eraser...in basic terms moist it and scrub! it continuously seems to artwork for me. And if all else fails, get a small craft paintbrush and slightly pass over the spots. it is going to artwork large...yet regardless of in case you do no longer conceal them, I doubt it may impact your deposit seeing as how this is technically "conventional positioned on and tear." stable luck! ~ KP
