I checked Target but they are too small. I want a couch that will fold out into a bed. Sort of like a sleeper sofa.

Hardwood floors or Pergo? Please illuminate the benefits and drawbacks of both. I know hardwood is nicer and more expensive but very expensive to maintain as well. Pergo is not as classy but is cheaper, with less maintenence. What do you all say?

I want to redo my kitchen. Its not too big. maybe 15' by 10'. I want like gorgeous appliances like Subzero Freezer and Refrigerator. I want a double oven, a warmer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 5 burner stove. I also would like nice cabinets and granite counters. Just an estimate, what do you think this would cost?

My bedroom walls are boring, bland and just plain white.
Color scheme = Dark hunter green, Mint(ish) green and of course white lol.
I don't know what I'd call it... it's pretty modern with a touch of elegance.
Not into the poster thing and I'm completely clueless of what pictures I would put up.
Any suggestions? Oh! Photo examples would help alot!

Have a nice day =)

We are trying to decorate our den with a wildlife theme (deer, turkey, fish). I have checked the HGTV website along with other websites and haven't had any luck. Any ideas?

I need a computer program to help me design my home. I would like to be able to take pictures of my home/landscape, and then manipulate it on the computer to show the home with shelves here, cupboards there, different colors of paint and carpet, etc.

i watch alot of HGTV and i am wondering why people buy perfectly good, brand new furniture and "distress" it. i understand it makes it look "antique" or "old" but who wants old furniture? and couldn't they just go to a thrift store and get it alot cheeper? this distressing business doesn't make sense to me. isn't it just a waste of money?

My teenage daughter wants to paint her room green to give it a preppy feel. Does anyone have the name of a good color of green paint to go with a hot pink bedspread?

I have a large center window measuring 53" wide and two side windows measuring 26" each, for an overall width of 105". These are north facing windows and they become cold at night. I do not want to cover the entire window and lose my view or light. I hope someone will have a great idea for what type of window treatments would work best for me.

We have a not very comfy Mission oak & leather recliner and need a pair of chairs that are sturdy (We are not a dainty family.), reasonably priced and look good. I'm finding bupkiss online.
