I am looking for a decorative rod (approx. 10 feet) for drapes that has a track built-in on the underside. I need 8 panels to open separate for each window (one long wall with windows side by side). Any suggestions?

It would be for a out of town job room for employees - per diem. Does anyone know what you could use it for or sell it?

If I am painting my walls a light green color, would it look funny if I painted the trim/doors a cholcolate brown? Are you supposed to paint trim or doors any other colors than white?

I'm using an acrylic latex paint for my living room and hallway. Of course it's coming out darker than I expected, but I still love the color. The problem is that the first coat looks very uneven to me. I did ask if I needed to prime the walls first and was told it wasn't necessary. All the walls in the house are white so there wasn't any color to paint over.

Will the second coat even things out?
