I try to keep a clean organized house, but I am just not too good at those sorts of things. I try to make lists, but somehow I wind up doing maybe 1 thing off the lists, I try to keep calenders and forget to check them. Any advice on how to excell in these areas?

I was making some pasta and left the stove unattended for a moment. No, not on purpose. I have a 3 year old who is potty training. Low and behold, I was distracted for a bit and now the pasta burned into the bottom of the pot. I scrubbed it, rubbed it, begged it to come off. Nada. So I try the old salt and ice cube deal, where you swirl it in the pot. Nothing still. Any ideas? I love my cookware, and I ran out of ideas. The stupid spray you buy that is supposed to help, didnt. Thanks everyone!

I'm a student and live in a shared house that has no tumble dryer and no outside space. I'm finding it difficult to dry my clothes as the heating in our house is crap, short of buying an expensive tumble dryer (which we have no room for anyway) what can i use to get my clothes dry quickly?

My mom's pen broke or something on her lab coat- type suit she uses for her work as a doctor. Is there anything she can use to get the stain off? it was a blue pen and my dad's trying rubbing alcohol, but the stain turned purple and a lighter shade smeared around it.

I have had a electric dryer for 3 years but i never used it because it takes forever to dry. I made sure that the lint compartment had no lint and there were nothing blocking the air flow.Maybe i'm just impatient and it takes longer for electric dryer to dry clothes.
