Does bleach corrode stainless steel?

No, not CHLORINE bleach.

I use it to CLEAN stainless steel sinks and counters! It's even an ingredient in Comet Cleanser FOR stainless.

It won't hurt stainless steel, but it won't soak in either so you will have to watch that you don't get part of your clothes in the Bleach before it is wiped off. DO NOT use bleach, oxy clean or dish washer detergent on Aluminum. That will change colors and will eat into the surface.

I just cleaned my kitchen sink with Clorox bleach. I do it all the time. No problems yet. I poor some down the garbage disposal to kill the smell. It works great.

Most store bought bleach is pretty diluted. Depends.
There is also different qualities/alloys of stainless.
If you get a rust spot just rub it out and rinse it clean & it'll be fine.
