II'm a klutz~ My chapstick melted and dripped onto my suede purse. I've tried suede shoe cleaner but the stain is still there. Any suggestions on how I can treat the stain or should I just throw the purse out? Thanks~

It's part of a communion set, so taking a hammer to it is not an option! It's been placed in crookedly and seems to be very reluctant to come out again, and I'm afraid of breaking it.

I recently moved into a new apartment and there is like 20 years of grease buildup on the cupboards above the stove. It's not visible, but it's sticky and gross. Any suggestions how I can remove it?

I recently had a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) and had been taking Uristat for it. As many women probably know, it has a dye in it (Red # 40) which makes your urine orange why.. I dont know. Anyway, my puppy found one on the floor and ate it, it didnt hurt him, but he frequently has accidents as he is only 7 weeks old. He urinated on the carpet and now there is a small orange stain. I dont know what to do to get it off. Some ideas would be really appreciated.

Just for fun, what do you have in your attic that you would get rid of just to be rid of it.

Also, I once saw a website where people gave away there stuff like that. I got lots of board games and things. Its noit worth ebaying. I'd rather just give the mto someone who wanted it. Anyone know a site like that?

I have purchased alot of cleaning products but they simply dont clean it good enough and a dirt ring is starting to form. Used Ajax and the blue in it has also made blue stains in the tub.

My boyfriend is in the process of giving up smoking, until then there's no point in me trying but once he has done it (I'm sure he can), what are some good tips to get the smell of smoke out of everything? I know carpets can be shampooed but I have a 2" thick carpet that I dare not get wet! Opening the windows is ok to a certain extent but I really want a blast of freshness! Any ideas?
Thanks!

Our new front load washer was just delivered. I seem to remember hearing that I can use regular detergent, just a much smaller amount in these machines. Is this true?

I squeezed the juice down the sink side and put the peels down the disposal side. I've done this a few times, but I still have the smell. Any ideas on what else I can do?

It is from the white caulk that is around the tube between the tile. I have cleaned it with undissolved clorax and it gets white almost immediately, but, I got sick. I have tried CLR and it only leaves an ugly looking stain.

I am searching for a foldable aluminum or stainless steel cloth dryer which is good for modern day appartments to avoid going to roof top or spoil the look of balcony.

I know it might be a stupid question to most but this is the first time I am living in a hostel on my own, so simple things like these are baffling to me. Can someone help?
