I think bleach or there is some spray made by clorox or something made specifically for crayon and marker stains. Try a local drug store like Walgreens or go to WalMart and ask an associate.
Kids, wow, can't wait for my 1 year old to start trying to make up my floors and walls, it's not going to happen, I'm going to make sure. That junk is not going to fly with me and the first minute and time she even try to mark up my floors and walls I'm going to nip it in the bud right then and there. I bet she wont try that again. You better train your kids not to mark up your floors and walls, because I had a friend who daughter had bit the walls and scratched and marked up the walls so she had to paint all her walls.

Personal experience:
Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I have not encountered anything that little baby wont clean! Crayon on the walls, black perm marker on my wood table....it worked.
So it should work on your linolium floor!

Goof Off. I use it to remove tough glue, but the directions on the little tin can says that it will remove things like magic marker and paint.
