Yes, you can wash them. I usually clean off all loose dirt, remove the liners, spray the trainers well with something like Shout, tie the laces or remove the laces and wash them separately, and toss the trainers in the wash with a load of clothes. Good luck with it.

I just let my trainer shower. I think I would get injured if I tried to wash her.

You might want to check the label inside to see what instructions might be there. Otherwise, just wash them using the gentle cycle, and then let them air-dry.
