i washed a load of jeans the other night. as soon as they finished washing i took them and put them in the dryer. when i went back to get them to hang them up, they stunk like they were soured. so, i put them back in the washer for a second wash then dried them immediately and they still smelled. i thought that maybe i have too many in the load (which i dont think i did) but just in case i halfed the load and washed one load and dried them and then washed and dries the other load. they still smell really bad and we can not wear them because of the smell. i dont know why they smell this way because i did not leave them in the washer to sour, i took them out as soon as they finished and dried them all the way. what can i do to fix this? or what is causing this?

It's only on one side of the fabric, not soaked through, and it is dried.

I've tried the usual over the counter remedies like Vanish carpet cleaner and things like that. Vanish sort of bleached the carpet and turned it a funny reddish tinge! the carpet is a very light beige. Help!

I mean why do they always have brand new spanking floors to adverise their product. Why don't they use an old floor in an older home. Not everyone is rich enough to afford those kind of floors they use to advertise their product. I wonder, too, if they would work as good? And why do so many people fall for their ads and run out and buy it up ? I mean that it does look so good and as if it would do a good job and all, but what about the older floors?

It is not hard for me to teach my puppy house-broken, but kind hard for me to teach my husband not to throw clothes here and there that it becomes one of house chores in my daily life and kind waste of my life and time.
