Flies can lay eggs just about anywhere. About twenty years ago, I had them falling from my ceiling in my kitchen. Never saw that before and never again since. We figured it was from it was from grease that splattered. It could be something in the area that they are laying the eggs. Scrub everything down with bleach and or Lysol. Get some bug spray, flyswatters etc.. and that should solve your problem.

You need to find out where they're coming from!! Perhaps there is food that fell behind somewhere where you can't see it.... Check around the trash can and places like that. One time we had a few on our kitchen floor, and realized they had just come in from the back door. Really weird, but there were no more after we killed those.

Eradicate the maggot food source. Flies lay their eggs on a food source, so the maggots grow while eating. Therefore, wherever your maggots are is your food source.

First of all they cannot grow in the refrigerator. They won;t hatch. But...The eggs came from somewhere even if the food source is gone. So they appear spontaneously as if by magic. Bombing? and debugging the place is over kill. Mop the floor.

it happened to me awhile back and found out it was rotten potatoes that was not tended to.,also like tomatoes and peelings of most of the foods will attract the little flies. find the source and get rid of it. Maybe you have old rice, that will do it also.

you have either some rotting meat fallen somewhere or an animal had died, like a mouse rat or bird, bear in mind that mice tend to die under floorboards so you will have to look careful. find source once removed, so will the flies be.

Don't just kill, them, CLEAN YOUR HOUSE!!! From top to bottom. Use bleach. Empty the refrigerator. Clean your trash can. Then, spend the night in a hotel and bug bomb the place. Wait a week. If they come back, call an exterminator.
