BEER STAIN:
What to use: Vinegar, paper towel, detergent, cold water, old toothbrush.
How to apply: Because the stain is old (an hour or more is old), damp it with vinegar and blot it with paper towel. You'll absorb even more of the stain if you roll the paper towel into a ball and stand on it. Then add detergent to cold water to generate a sudsy mix and spread the suds over the satin with an old toothbrush. Use as little water as possible. Let it dry and repeat the process until it's clean. For a new stain, remove as much of the beer as possible with a paper towel then mix detergent with cold water and apply the suds to the stain.

TEA STAIN:
For fresh stains, use glycerine applied with a cotton ball, then wash the carpet in washing powder(if possible). For old stains, use glycerine, then dry-cleaning fluid and detergent with a rag onto the carpet.

I'm not sure about the beer stain, but lemon juice usually gets tea stains out of most fabrics/carpets.
