FRAMERS/CARPENTERS Do you think this is a good price to build a garage?

The garage is 32'x28' one story, 2x6 walls framed 16" on center, T-111 siding and roof trusses running 35' across the building.( all roof trim and soffits included) It will have 2 -10' garage doors (doors and installation are a seperate price) 1 entry door and no windows.
Also to be built is a breezeway, which consists of 2- 5"x16"x14' engineered beams that have to be cut into the existing house walls, that carry roof trusses and tie the existing house roof and the new garage roof together, creating 2 valleyes on the new garage roof, no walls below.( NOTE: the garage sits at 15 degree offset from the house)
Also the roof will be covered with metal roofing.
There is a slab already poured.
I live in New Hampshire
The price is for LABOR ONLY
With the breezway, the total square footage is 1088'
The project will take 3-4 weeks
Is $12,500 a good price for labor to put this building up.
Too high?
Too low?

I live in an apartment building and I know that the temperature will be affected based on who else is using the cold and hot water at the same time I am. BUT, this has only started happening since I had my old showerhead replaced. The water pressure doesn't seem to have changed. Can I get a showerhead with a temperature regulator inside it? Showering is no fun at all now that I have to adjust the temperature 5 to 10 times per shower!

I phoned handymen to install 2 soakwells in my garden and pool area. One suggested concrete, the other plastic. They both quoted the same price. Which is better?

We purchased a new rain water tank. As it was been brought through to where it was to be positioned, it got caught on a pine tree and the pine needles went into it. My question is should we clean the needles out before connecting the pipes to it? Some people say that it won't matter leaving them in there and others say it will make your drinking water taste sour? What should we do? Thank you.

Phillips screws is the only type design that makes sense to me. What gives? And hows about using some kind of thread dope when installing anything people! Nothing like not being able to remove a bolt or screw cuz somebody wouldnt take the time. Jerks!

I have very light beige carpet that is stained and it is an older carpet (was like this when we moved in) I thought about bleaching it with my steam cleaner, but I worry that it will rot the carpet, we do plan on replacing it when we can afford it. I was recently told that you could use pine-sol and it would pick up the stain and not rot your carpet, curious as to if anyone has tried this, and I am open for suggestions.

I know powder room is a very old term but that is what my papaw calls it so.... Anyways right now my bathroom and powder room are bright yellow the bathroom is done in a rubber ducky theme. The floor is white lanolium with like tan lines breaking it into a tile look. The powder room like i said is also bright yellow there is a walk in closet in there and a pine -medium brown- wood dresser. Also the ceilings are only about 6 feet 2 in. because this is in a basement of an old house if that matters...I have no idea what color to paint them. I would love to keep a relaxed maybe make you feel like you are sitting by the ocean but also neutral color feel. I have a shower curtain that is light bluish turquise with tan and yellow all stripes. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

My den is white right now but I plan to update it. I will have a "forest" green couch with a light beige trim. There is an oak fireplace and an oak table and chairs (I basically live downstairs so I put an old kitchen table in here so I could eat down here as well) and a papasan chair with a dark brown wood base and the cushion is gold. I have no idea what color to paint the walls in here so any help would be appreciated.

I have custom blinds on all my windows and all but one is now lopsided. The dogs tore at the strings only on one side.

I would like to know if anyone knows how to repair them or restring them? I called several places and it would be cheaper for me to replace them...I don't want to.

Hi, please need help urgently, I discover a tiny little mouse running around my apartment, I bought some of those sticky traps and caught him EWWWWWW!!! I thought everything was safe but now I see mice sh*t inside one of my cabinets and I'm so petrified to open it again, not sure if the sh*t is from the old mouse or my apartment has more... I asked the manager and she just comes up with stupid wood traps...I contacted a guy that will charge 75 to come and load 2 or 3 traps and 45 every 2 months for follow up... do you think I should ask my rent lady to cover part of the fee? at least the first visit... I can't get into my kitchen without panicking and I have a 6 yr old that has no clue or she will freak out... please somebody give me a speech to tell my rent lady to cover part of the fee for the pro guy to come and load traps...

I'm getting gas run into my kitchen to install a gas range/oven. The existing range is electric, and thus the only outlet behind it is a 220v. Can I just get a converter or adaptor, or do I need an electrician to come out?
