I notice that you are from USA, In Ireland we would go to a ship chandler.
As you are in Kentucky this is unlikely, go to a builders merchant, the type who sell barbed wire to farmers.would be your best bet.

I agree with xenon. I live in FL, and find fencing dealers and/or a farm/feed/supply location. I have a roll in my shed I purchased,,,50 ft., used perhaps 10 ft. of. I use it for chain link fence instalations. The cost, as I recall was minimal.
